adidas boston marathon

adidas looked to us to help refresh their presence at the Boston Marathon’s annual retail exposition.

We created a 20,000-square-foot retail experience to showcase and sell limited edition, co-branded Boston Athletics Association footwear and apparel. Through an enhanced modular merchandising system and attendee flow design plan, the space welcomed 80,000 attendees in less than three days.

As attendees waited in line for check out, guests were stoked to find their name designed into a custom wall graphic honoring all 30,000 race participants. With engaging merchandising and efficiencies across the guest experience, we helped adidas exceed its sales goals in both units and dollars, achieving the brand’s highest sales performance in history during the expo weekend.
