kindercare engagement campaign
Each year, KinderCare Education engages its corporate employees, teachers and families nationwide to get a pulse on its organization. The goal: right size any issues and celebrate successes.
We were tasked with developing a creative concept and executing a national campaign that created awareness for, and participation in, the 2018 Engagement Survey. While survey completions were the primary goal, we also aimed to deliver an experience that was authentic, warm and illustrative of human connections, while avoiding being pushy or over promising.
